Anthem Construction is a commercial general contractor in Meridian, Idaho. A general contractor with a track record in the valley
Joseph Lemay founded Anthem Construction in Boise and led it through the 2000s as a commercial general contractor, delivering tenant improvements and full build-outs across the Treasure Valley. Among the company’s largest contracts were multiple Fitness 19 locations: large-footprint, equipment-intensive projects delivered on tight opening schedules.
From 2009 he directed projects for public and private clients with budgets from $100,000 to more than $10 million, managing scope, schedule and delivery at every scale.
In 2026 Anthem returned to Meridian with its Idaho contractor registration renewed and a team of established trade partners. Every project is run by one accountable team from budget to close-out, and clients have direct access to the people making the decisions.
